Every aspect from the time we made our reservation was superbly organised. We are very grateful for your personal interest and patience and for attending to our concerns with respect to our elderly mother. You are a credit to Superlink. The tour/pilgrimage was one that we will never forget. We visited so many places and learnt so much. It was an experience of a lifetime and having Mr Koelmeyer with his remarkable knowledge, authority and sense of humour, was an added bonus. Gardi, our Israeli tour guide, was amazing - so knowledgeable and a wonderful, caring person. Our mother, at the age of 85, was able to participate in virtually all of the tours and activities. She was an inspiration to others and a testament to the fact that with faith and determination most things are possible. We wish Superlink the very best in future endeavours.
